FYI, as of this reading of the 'stop work', it appears that most if not all commercial will be stopped, excluding schools, hospitals, utility, road.
Resi sounds like most can continue, assuming contracts are in effect with owners, with limit of 5 bodies max. working.
There are a lot of exclusions but the above is my quick read.
