This type of wiring practice, needs
to be stamped out, to the max, guys.
I really do not care about DIY work,
provided that it is kept within reasonable
limits.
Of all the DIY work, that I have certified,
I think that I have had one (1) socket-
outlet incorrectly wired, over a spread of
1500 customers.
