If you are using Internet Explorer, it's well hidden beneath multiple layers of menus.
Take a deep breath......
Tools -> Internet options -> Connections -> {select your connection} -> Settings -> Properties -> Server type -> TCP/IP settings.
That's on IE5. It may have moved on later versions!
