This is a 3 family , with a seperate meter for each floor ,
The jumpers across the jaws are because they didn't properly notify the Elec Co. and no one came to remove the locking rings on the old meters ( the ones left on the floor , of which one they broke )
Installing these jumpers is also a No no
I will be sure to let you know what happens ,
I am seeking a court injunction against them preforming any work in this city untill we receive the findings from the state Lic board ,there's alot more going on with this Co. then just this, I have another pic of the same Co. comming out a fire alarm panel with a strobe cir STAPLING the wire to the OUTSIDE of the SHEETROCK along the wall in the hallway and then poking it through the wall and I"m betting there's NO box on the otherside behind the strobe
