I have been using, with great satisfaction, a set of non-metalic tools for over a year now. They are made of carbon-fiber, with the tip of the tool being the only metel in the tool. Haven't had any problem with the tools breaking. (and if there is an industry where overtorque is the rule of the day it's the railroads. Turn it until it turns easy then back it out half a turn. ) They are rated at 1000v, and what's nice if they get knicked there is no loss of insulation.
