Look real close, both the meter pan and disco are mounted to some rather rotted looking wood strips.

Are all mounted low like that. Despite the bollards, ours was hit by a truck some years ago, the fireworks where quite spectacular!!

That sure is an awful big ell on the side of that disco, just begging to get whacked .

Maybe that's what the extra white line is for .
