I hope somebody's kidding with this thing...It kinda conjures up thoughts of what knob and tube wiring might look like without the knobs or tubes...

Sorry, but they weren't kidding. It was in place and working in an illegal installation where someone had made a multi-family dwelling out of a single family.

Shouldn't that be "on it"?.
I suppose it saves on knock-outs and glands.
How on earth would you ground a panel like this?.

You rig an aquarium pump to continuously wet the back board. What's wrong with these new people? Don't the old hands train them any more? Do we hafta tell ya everything?
