I hope somebody's kidding with this thing...It kinda conjures up thoughts of what knob and tube wiring might look like without the knobs or tubes...

Sorry, but they weren't kidding. It was in place and working in an illegal installation where someone had made a multi-family dwelling out of a single family.

How on earth would you ground a panel like this?.

You rig an aquarium pump to continuously wet the back board. What's wrong with these new people? Don't the old hands train them any more? Do we hafta tell ya everything?

Wasnt there a post quite a while back of someone making their "own" panel out of wood? with lag breakers bolted to the wood & actually called for inspection?
