iwire Good point on 300.3.b but I never said it was right or wrong just that the guy could do a 3 way with 3 wires using 2 pieces of Romex. Personally I would use 14/3 but I've never done a house in my life except my own.
I think I remember there is a way to do a 3 way with 2 wires that was commonplace years ago, not code now?
