ECN Forum Forums General Topics of the Trade General Discussion Area Proposal:"How come?" forum

There have been requests for new Forum areas in the past.
I asked Bill (Our Webmaster) for an off-topic area, some time ago.
Look, I think that the current Forum list is perfectly adequate for our needs.
But that does not mean you cannot put an OT: (Off Topic thread) in the General Area.
Why make things more difficult?.
