I have to agree with the other Moderators comments.
Having read your first two posts in this thread, it makes it rather sound like you don't like the manner in which us Moderators work.
I'm sorry I can't help you there, but that is why we have Moderators.
An out of control Forum here would help no-one.
I would personally back another Moderator doing thier "job" where it is warranted, to the hilt.
It's not an easy job to do, discretion plays a HUGE part.
Please bear with us, we don't like deleting things, so please don't give us cause to have to.
