Hi Mike; there are obviously violations here, green is not to be used as a ungrounded or 'hot' conductor....nor ir red to be used for a grounding conductor....nor are the 3 whites i see on the load side to be hots....cardboard is not a kosher connector....if there are line taps, they must meet code....
