I'm looking for a reference that shows the color codes for various cautions. For example Yellow, Red or Blue are for different cautions. Seems like there should be a OSHA or NEMA standard?

29 CFR 1910.144 and .145 were all I could find easily. I don't know where to find the MSDS color diamond explanation if that's what you're looking for. I saw it on a poster a year or so back.

George, What type of cautions are you looking for?

Table 10.3.2 of NFPA has a list for Operator interface and control devices.

You can go to Graingers web site and get just about any kind of warning or caution label that is needed anywhere.
