The scam was by FPE when they cheated on the in house testing, and it is in court under consumer fraud laws, the case is here in middlesex county.

Ii guess I don't count! (LOL) I didn't get that letter. I have been out of business since 1998 and work as an AHJ, but I don't even remember seeing or hearing about this one. The funny thing is that my supply house was a FPE distributor.

I appears, if you have any old customers, that can make a claim, they have to meet the April deadline, to file the claim papers.

For what it's worth,I have two customers inquiring into this litigious lap-dance.I hope they can recover something,but I want my money for replacing their service COD when services are rendered..I'm not waiting to get paid.We'll see..
