Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to convert the following document to an HTML page that would look the same?

1st Quarter 2004 (38k word document)

Thanks. I've been wanting to do this for a long time, but have been using components from Office 97 and there was no 'save as Web Page' option, only a 'save as html' which did not keep the formatting at all. It was a real mess!

I just installed the Office 2k Upgrade that I've had laying around and boy, what a difference.

Yes, those Accidents do make you think. I figured if I can convert them to web pages more people will look at them.
