Its another form of instant messaging. Go to www.icq.com for more information and to sign up if interested. Curt

Does anyone here use ICQ? I use Yahoo Messenger every day, I can "talk" to family and friends from everywhere. And boy does it save on long distance phone charges. It is a great tool, and so is the webcam option. I can talk and they can see me !!!

Tiffany, How is ICQ used?, I'd never heard of it, until I changed my Profile, the other day, and to tell you the truth, I'm still none the wiser.

It is an instant message program, basically just "add" the person's ICQ number to your list, and then send them a message pretty much. Though I find Yahoo Messenger user friendly, I haven't really sat and puttered with ICQ..... it crashed the old computer alot, so it was uninstalled on that one. Just recently installed it on this one. So it has been a couple years since I "chatted" with anyone through ICQ. Tiff
