I have family that was associated with health care.
the Dr. paid 160K (yes 160K) per year liability.
Then bills the insurance for X amount,insurance states they will only pay Y amount...the circle begins the rates get inflated so the Dr. can receive what the procedure was worth...
As I say... It all boils right down to the lawyers...
