I have one similar to the 15036 TE from that site; a 3NC NS-468, but it tests RJ45 and RJ11, rather than RJ45+coax. You can find them listed on eBay, where I got this one as part of a kit including an RJ45 crimp tool and bunch of RJ45 plugs.
I modified mine to have a fast strobe, and added a hold button.
I have the Testo LanScaper kit for that kind of thing and really like. At a little over $400.00 though, it might be a bit more than you need. It’s a great test kit though because it comes with 8 remotes so you can do up to do up to 8 jack ID, configuration and length tests consecutively back at the patch panel. This can really save a lot time and running around. It also has two different pin assignable tone settings for tracing wire pairs.
Sorry, I meant Test-Um, not Testo. I should also have mentioned that Test-Um has a nice and much more affordable unit called the Resi-Tester. It has a lot of the jack ID, configuration testing and wire mapping abilities for data, USOC and coax cabling like the NT750 LanScaper I mentioned, but without all of the extra network testing functions you probably don’t need at this time.
