Found this romex coming down from that conduit on the wall spliced to landscape wiring. Note the wire nuts in picture.

This cover plate (in use type for sure) was on the same wall of the house. Probably from the guy that brought us the romex splice trick.

Luckily they have a reliable Zinsco Panel that is sure to function in the event of an emergency.

Same here. I have to wonder why even the most ignorant or most uncaring HO doesn't ask, "Shouldn't that be covered or something?" Yeah, something.

I've seen worse.... why do people always love SJT cord so much?

Gotta love that rusted out Sylvania-Zinsco panel.... really rounds out this lovely install. LOL.
