Hey Everyone. I'm curious if anyone has recently taken the exam for Conn. I'm from Mass. I've heard that the two tests are similar(Ma, and Conn.) I've sent my paper work in and still waiting to hear back. Am I allowed to bring in my NEC book, do I need the state amendments....... Any info would be appreciated...thanks

Yes, both the CT and MA exams are administered by PSI. You are allowed to use the current edition of the NEC.

The test is fairly straight forward. If you can navigate the code book and do ohm's law and basic load calculations, you will do fine.
