Question is ,what is a good price for this, all devices are old work. I can only channel for drilling joist.

5-5" Recessed lights in kitchen controlled from 2 different switches.
Under cabinet lights controlled from 2 different switches.
Remove and reroute wires in wall for new garage door.
Bring kitchen outlet up to code. ( wall spacing and circuits)
Refrige on it's own circuit to generator panel.
Micohood on it's own circuit to generator panel.
Dishwasher on dedicated circuit to regular panel.
1-4" Recessed light on switch for over the sink.
Rewire garbage disposal to meet code. ( single pole )
Install programmable T-stat.
Replace existing range wire and outlet to meet code. ( 60ft )
Remove and replace light at top of stairs with recessed light. ( Limited working space )
Dedicated outlet for fireplace. ( Gas )
New outlet for flat sceen TV over fireplace.
New cable outlet for TV over fire place.
Install multiple smoke and co detectors on dedicated circuit. ( 5-6 )

I think that would be very hard for anyone on here to price that out without seeing the job.

Is there drywall up? Is there a basement, attic access? How dirty and how much crap is in the way?

If there is no drywall in the way I would say atleast around $1800+ material. Or whatever you charge for 3 full days.

Little crawl space about 2 ft wide around the back side of house. And all sheetrock on ceiling to remain. Panel is in gaage with open ceiling. Basement is open.
