oh my word....

Thats crazy. I assume that big disco kills them all? otherwise, theres more than six throws of the hand here. (among many other problems)

OK, I'll bite. What is the box of dirt?

CATV? Parking lot lights or signs? Service to the pool?

I think the box is full of dirt because of ants, but I'm not sure. The wire inside was 4 AWG and I have no idea where they go.

Those meters look old too, only four numbers instead of the usual five on the dial.

In pic no. 5, that Square D panel is kinda unusual. It looks a lot like those Canadian Panels that have the main breaker in an isolated compartment. The wiring to the receptacle and the time switch looks small, like extension cord wire.

Wizzie: Is there some kind of contact burning going on in the switch jaws of that big disco (or maybe it's the lighting) ?
