There are actually some other studies that look at sort of the same thing. Bottom line...one which puzzles me as a Safety Professional, employees throw safety out the window before anything else when they get mad at the company.

Go figure, the company that you are mad at, you cuss and speak badly of, is the same company that will take your fingers, limbs, and life if you do not follow safety procedures. But anyone will tell you, employees throw caution to the wind when mad at the company. Go figuure!!!!

Most safety is a 'top down' doctrine, which doesn't always apply itself in the trenches , so i can see why an employee might consider it nfg.

Trumpy's article insinuates an entirely new concept of employee responsibility, a bottom up approach per se'

It's not so far fetched either, the one man shows (NOT covered by osha btw) make the call daily
