Appy(Craig), Congratulations on getting your Trade Cert, mate!. Practicing Licence is a mere formality, from here in, mate!. P.S: If you need a hand with filling in Certificates of Compliance, just give us a yell. The format of the COC's has changed, in the last 6 months, where you are required to give actual test results on the form itself, but, provided that you are pretty much up with the play, you can't go wrong really!. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/smile.gif)

Appy, Welcome to the endless screed of paperwork!. What sort of work do you normally do?. I see that your ECN profile(Occupation) has been updated to Sparky, wear that with pride, mate, you've earned it! ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/biggrin.gif) TG, a PLC is an abbreviation for a Practising Licence, it looks like a credit card, hence Appy's comment on the blue and yellow card. When I first got one of these, owing to an admin fault, I was sent the wrong card, I had an Inspectors Licence, so back it went!. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/biggrin.gif) [This message has been edited by Trumpy (edited 06-27-2003).]

I would normally be seen in construction (my favourite) or Renovations i really like , my pet hate is new houses. I dont mind fault finding on houses, with the crew i work with there is quite a bit of that. The site im on has another 10 months, after that who knows.

Appy, Thanks for the quick reply, mate!. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/wink.gif) New housing is not one of my favourites either, it's more or less for RSB electricians, these days, what with the margins being so small. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/frown.gif) Give me a Fault on a HV line or a place without power, and I am in my element, I only got into this whole deal to HELP people. BTW Appy, don't become a Liney, mate, it's OK if you don't mind living on so little sleep. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/biggrin.gif) As an aside, how much did the PLC cost?. Just wondering?. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/smile.gif)
