Not exactly a neat installation, and I would not want a diplexer and the coax connections buried inside a wall either.

Nor would I want my coax wound around what looks like a 120V cable. Bet you get some nice interference with that!

Isn't there a requirement somewhere in Art 800 that requires a separation of 4 inches between power cable and commo cable?

What about the modification to the plastic box? Better get a testing lab to certify the field mod [Linked Image]

820.52(A)(2) requires a 2 inch separation.

The way that coax is wrapped around the NM for support I bet it wasn't a fish job.
