I have found this outlet outside a local bar/theater. The outlet is still live as it was used for a radio. I was able to take 2 pictures. It's acctually a lot closer to the water than the picture shows.

Wrong sort of box here.

It also looks like the bottom tab on the outlet is NAILED to the building.
