TG — A couple of 23¢ worm-drive clamps for fastening the hoseholder to one of the grounded conduits would assure a safer, non-sparking installation.
The gray can with the deep hinged cover at the post top looks like it may contain a 30-50A receptacle for a “hookup.” Personally, an RV or trailer with a short cord could be a "problem."

I don't have a copy of the NFPA 58, but I believe those sylinders must be (10? 25?) feet from combustibles, including vegatation.

Walrus- Those boxed look like NEMA-3R (raintight) to me.
Would this stuff be required to be explosion-proof? How big must the tanks be- and does this apply only where you are pumping LPG?
I'm not being silly- I note that LPG vendors are x-proof, but no households are- and some of them have some BIG tanks!
Incidentally, NEC defines the zone as 20 feet from the tank.

It looks like a disconnect switch, by the bulge in the front, or ??? It's 3R, not EXP.
Interesting thou, there's a sealing fitting on the incoming conduit, a EXP switch, and a EXP J box at the motor/pump.

All the fittings look like they are class 1 so the reasoning behind the Nema 3R box at the top of the pole seems to escape me. looks like the seal-off under the start/stop would have been alot of fun to pour. The motor seems a bit out of place as well.
