Other than possible interference problems, are there any code violations here?

Definitely sloppy and lazy work, but not out of the ordinary for most alarm installs.

The keyless in the closet/storage space looks like a bigger hazard to me, although that doesn't appear to violate any codes either.

Running line voltage and low voltage along the same route can induce some volts in to the class 2 wiring. I think there is a reference in the code to having all conductors with the same voltage rating, i.e., THHN 600 volt. The problem of induction still exists.
