Here is a sign to add to the "Unique Sign" thread. Found this one on a B.C. Hydro pad mount transformer outside Victoria, British Columbia a couple of years ago.

The triangle signs on a yellow background are the official standard in the U.K. now. The one pictured has appeared everywhere in recent years.
