i am running a 1600 amp 120/208 volt 3ph service 300'underground, from a transformer to the building what size parallel wire is needed in alm.(and or in cu.)

4 #600 cu kcm per phase = 420 x 4 = 1680.

Is that 600mcm cu. allowing for the voltage drop in 300'.
