The IRS will make him cough up the hours: Demand an audit of his 941 forms.
He IS an electrical contractor, or some such.
He MUST file an accurate 941 with the IRS else it's a felony.
The 941 records are absolute proof of time served with this firm -- in the capacity -- put a fork in him ( he's done).
Your W-2s are virtually the same as evidence.
You can proclaim as a witness your testimony and have it recorded. Such as document is an AFFIDAVIT.
This affidavit is confirmed by the FEDERAL IRS records that you'll submit, to witt, I worked so many hours ... in this capacity ... and the jerk refuses to acknowledge this history as he is of a hostile mood... here are his prior legal declarations....
