The LeMans and Barracuda were actually over here in England. The Pontiac came from a serviceman on one of the U.S. airbases, as did a '79 Chrysler LeBaron I had as well.

Never bothered to go to the expense of shipping a car over myself. American cars aren't exactly plentiful over here, but there are enough around that those of who are enthusiasts can find something suitable within the country. [Linked Image]

You find the odd MoT inspector (annual vehicle test) who will grumble about silly things like the different arrangement of lights, but you can always just go elsewhere and find a more sensible one!
