One more thing: I ALWAYS use aluminum conductors for service changes unless they specifically want copper. And I hardly ever use IMC or Rigid on a house! It's normally PVC unless I need the Rigid to support the service drop or something. (You know, by CODE you could use #4 Cu for a 100 A residential service).
