This is the first time I have run into this when inspecting a home.
The service supply line to the meter is #2 100amp copper. The line from the meter to the service panel is 100amp aluminum. The internal panel has a 200 amp service disconnect. The panel is not overloaded even for 100 amp. My question is should the main service disconnect be 100amp and is this a code violation?
Thanks for the help.
