Just circling back on this—still surprised more folks haven’t chimed in. Fall protection is one of those areas where a little shared experience can go a long way, especially when it comes to real-world challenges like getting buy-in from crews or figuring out rescue plans that actually work in the field.
We recently ran a refresher training and were reminded how easy it is for bad habits to creep in over time. Even experienced teams need reminders—and sometimes new gear requires a new way of thinking.
Would love to hear how others are handling fall protection on active job sites—what’s working, what’s not, and how you're training for those unexpected scenarios.
