Sorry Reno, but I've been really busy.
I used GB, Klein, and Ideal benders over the years, up to 1-1/4" which was a real bear. Had no memorable issues with any.
Factory handles? Yes, until they vanished, or ??. Shop made handles? Yes!
And, the really 'old' hickey'; made by Benfield I think; with a shop made handle, served well.
