Comments like BIB gave would tend to suggest a lack of "people skills", this sort of thing would suggest a short-sighted idea of apprentice training.
Maybe I should have added a cute smiley to the first line. Maybe some of it is a 'lost across the ocean' thing. Maybe I could have expanded with a screen full of detail.
