this ufer connection was inside this house. there's a ufer tag directly between the rebar and clamp so theres no contact at all, and it is loose because he didnt turn the back side of the clamp over to fit the #4 rebar, and it needs a mud ring for access after drywall.
i also have pix of trusses he drilled in the garage... i wasnt invited so never got past the garage, but bet there was good photo-ops inside too.
