can he do this????... new home being built by a homeowner in an old subdivision
weatherhead is 3 feet above the back of the house, using 2-1/2" sch 40 PVC from weatherhead down through overhang, down 2 stories on the siding, then about 60 feet to the front along the side of the house maybe knee high off the ground... isnt there an ugly clause in 110 somewhere?
