I'll take a shot....you have to mentally visualize what I'm trying to explain, no chalk board here.
Think about the silouette of a "top hat", which was sometimes referenced as a 'high hat'.????? Sounds plausable to me, IF you turn the clock back to some of the OLD recess with the real wide trim rings!
And NO, before any of you guys jump in....I'M NOT THAT OLD! (yet)
