Hi Aland [Linked Image] I use a Robin SmartPAT 5000. I like it; it's easy and quick on the auto sequence, and flexible. It also has the d/l facility and I have the software which works well - but like you I'm not that keen on using it. To be honest I do manual records for any but the larger clients! Before the Robin I just hand metered everything and did a thorough visual/op-check.
