i have one service call sometime back with machine shop and they called me to request bunch of plastic covers because of metal shaving blowing out the twistlock repectales btw yeah they are 480 volts 3 phase suckers and to slove it i redesign it to prevent metal shaving going in there by useing the in use weather proof 2 gang box cover it work slick to keep the metal shaving off [ the cost about 13 buck each and i do 50 of the twist lock each and add the markup you get the idea [Linked Image]]

but few other place do win hand me down is home made covers some are really disgusting outright
