I found this in a detached one-car garage. This is two covers that have been caulked (not glued) together. Better yet, there were three six-foot, daisy-chained #18 extension cords, connected together, one end plugged into this receptacle and the other end supplying power to a 1/2 horsepower garage door opener. It brought a smile and a frown to my face all within a two second time frame!
