adding another image using "Image Manager"

photo doesn't show up here, but 'New in Gallery' thumbnail on left changes.

Update: now the new thumbnail image is gone and back to match original (??)

Was this commented as being an old overhead service converted to an underground? I seem to remember seeing this somewhere in a thread. Looks like California or out west area.
