Anything wrong with using an outdoor box as an indoor receptacle box or junction box?

I'm just starting out in this field and I tend to "have creative thinking" ideas.

No problem with this in general. But as a creative idea this is really a money wasting idea. The box will cost more, the labor may cost more as these types of boxes are usually designed to be surface mounted and most indoor installations are recessed so you will have to come up with a nother way to mount the box.
