How far apart can "grouped" disconnects be?

This is just another of those service questions that end up "I know it if I see it", like how far can SE go inside the building.

The ten meters are grouped. They are not necessarily the service. If there are fire wall seperations. Each meter could be going to a service where the two to six service disconnects for that service are located.
This building if properly seperated inside it could have from ten to sixty "service disconnects" under one roof.
230.2 number of services and the definition of a building are important in determining if this compies with the Code.
Alan--
Looks like it might be 4 apt.s with a house panel in each group. With 20 minute walls between apt.s and a four hour between groups.
Just a guess.

Alan--
If it was easy, anyone could do it.

As eight conduits look to go 'down', are they in/under the slab??

Can't go further without more info.

As to 'grouped' I see 10 meters, possible 2 laterals, maybe only 1 'source' (BUD/Xfr.
