Have 2 50 hp motors in air washer. I`m adding inverters to them. Can I run from the disconnects to the cabinet and have both inverters inside with differnt feeds? As long as I label panel as such?In other words I`ll have 2 diconnects on wall feed from MCC panel now I`m adding a hoffman enclsure putting 2 drives inside with 2 breakers and bypass contactors and I`m feeding from 2 diffent disconnect into the one box.Guy here says its not code compliant but can`t seem to locate the code issues. He says must have single feed for both motors please leave some references I`ll go and read. Thanks

I don't have an NEC reference handy....but, I had similar situation; got labels stating 'more than ONE disconnect feeds this panel (equipment, machine, etc). Probably in WW Grainger catalog, or at supply house.

Identifying the source of power is required, and lockable in off if not 'within sight', etc.

If I get a chance tommorow, I'll get an NEC ref.
