If I have a detached cabana in my back yard with a roof and screened in surround, is the spa in the cabana subject to the rules about conductors over a spa or swimming pool? Another question now is- Is this spa considered to be outdoors or indoors?

I bet the permit folks called that cabana a building when it was constructed so I vote "indoor".
