ECN Forum Forums Code Related Discussion NEC & other Code issues panel location

I need to put a panel in a (optional bedroom). This will be a flush mount, and on the other side of the wall will be a bathroom. I know the code say not in a bathroom, but this is not in the bathroom. It's on the other side of the wall. Does this sound like problems?
