OK we all know that an extenson cord made from SO and terminated into a jbox is not to code, but what if the jbox is permanently mounted.??? Would I get away with that. ???

If you do not violate 400.8 and can justify yourself through 400.7, you are allowed. Otherwise, it would not comply. [Linked Image]
